Job Summary

This role is for a Senior AutoCAD Application Specialist based in Berlin, joining an international technology group. The specialist will serve as the central point of contact for all AutoCAD-related topics within the internal engineering environment. Key responsibilities include gathering, clarifying, and aligning technical requirements with Product Owners, Business Owners, and development teams. A core function involves the continuous development and enhancement of engineering design tools by implementing new features, modules, and extensions within the AutoCAD ecosystem. The position requires rigorous implementation, testing, and technical documentation of all new developments. Candidates must possess a university degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience as an AutoCAD Specialist. Excellent knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and experience with related CAD systems (e.g., Creo, NX) are mandatory, as is proficiency in agile development processes and DevOps tools like Azure DevOps. The position offers an attractive compensation package and the possibility of up to four days of mobile work per week after onboarding.
