Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT Release Manager to join the Requirements Management team at the Dortmund headquarters. The core responsibility involves steering end-to-end release activities, encompassing planning, coordination, and monitoring across all phases (Build, Test, Deployment, and Post-Go-Live) within a complex IT landscape. A critical component of the job is the analysis, evaluation, and prioritization of functional and technical requirements in close cooperation with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Enterprise Architects. You will ensure quality standards are met, smooth transitions to production occur, and maintain traceability between requirements, implementation, and testing. The ideal candidate holds a degree in (Business) Informatics and brings 3-5 years of professional experience in Release Management, coupled with deep knowledge of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and the DevOps environment, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence. This position offers the security of a permanent contract and flexible working options.
