Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Second and Third Level IT Support for approximately 6,000 clients, specifically focusing on Point-of-Sale (POS) systems. The specialist will handle hardware and software inquiries related to POS, including the commissioning of new hardware, software, and mobile devices. Key daily tasks include operating system and software installation using a client management system, configuring and installing POS systems, and performing detailed analysis and resolution of POS-related malfunctions. The ideal candidate must have a completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Systems Electronics Technician or IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent professional experience. Strong knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems and Office products, extensive PC and printer hardware expertise, and proficiency in English are required to succeed in this dynamic and project-oriented support environment.
