Job Summary

This role as a Project Specialist at the Siemens Mobility Service Depot in Dortmund involves the comprehensive commercial and financial management of complex projects, primarily focused on the maintenance and service of rail vehicles. The specialist will independently manage commercial themes, support the creation of offers, and ensure project execution adheres to contractual rights and internal guidelines. Key responsibilities include analyzing and negotiating customer and supplier contracts, assessing opportunities and risks, and managing additional claims (e.g., price changes). Furthermore, the specialist will handle commercial project control, including profitability monitoring, cost calculations, risk analyses, and overseeing payment schedules and invoicing. The ideal candidate must possess commercial training, professional experience in project business within a technical context, strong knowledge of contract law, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
