Job Summary

The Site Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive preparation, planning, and execution of installation projects, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), Kick-Off meetings, and safety documentation. Day-to-day activities involve leading the construction site, coordinating all involved parties, conducting daily meetings, and meticulously documenting progress. A critical part of the role is ensuring strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), hygiene, and environmental regulations (HSE). The manager will handle escalations, communicate deviations, and maintain close coordination with the Project Management team, ultimately ensuring quality, contractual compliance, and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree or qualification (e.g., Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) and possesses several years of experience in site management, commissioning, or plant construction, coupled with strong communication skills in both German and English.
