Job Summary

This role involves serving as the primary IT Dispatcher and Incident Manager for the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Lower Saxony (KVN), helping to maintain the high standard of ambulatory healthcare IT infrastructure. The core daily tasks include the acceptance, qualitative review, and processing of incoming IT fault reports via the ticketing system. You will be responsible for coordinating service tickets, ensuring timely resolution by First Level Support and IT Infrastructure teams, and monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence. A crucial part of the job is analyzing and managing IT incidents, working with internal teams for rapid damage mitigation, and contributing to the optimization of incident processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree or vocational training in IT System Integration or Application Development, coupled with extensive experience in First-Level Support and familiarity with ticket/asset management systems (ideally OTOBO) and ITIL processes.
