This role involves providing essential internal First Level IT support, ensuring the smooth operation of digital solutions for a major healthcare organization in Lower Saxony. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, analyzing, and resolving IT disruptions both remotely and on-site for internal customers. Key day-to-day tasks include managing user accounts and roles during the onboarding process, documenting activities in a ticketing system, and executing installations, modifications, and relocations of workstations across various offices. Candidates must possess a solid IT background, several years of experience in on-site service and service desk operations, and proficiency with ITSM tools like OTOBO (OTRS). Required Skills

Education

Fundamental IT training/apprenticeship (Ausbildung); ITIL Foundation certification (ideal)

Experience

  • Several years of experience in on-site service within a German-speaking company
  • Extensive experience in a German-speaking Service Desk environment
  • Several years of experience supporting MS Windows and Office environments
  • Experience using OTOBO (OTRS) or comparable ITSM tools
