The Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Niedersachsen (KVN), dedicated to securing high-level outpatient healthcare in Lower Saxony, is seeking a Head of Organizational and Corporate Development to lead a newly established staff unit reporting directly to the Board. This strategic leadership role encompasses organizational development, process management, knowledge management, and corporate strategy enhancement. Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing the organizational impact of strategic initiatives, deriving and implementing necessary structural changes, and overseeing the standardization and optimization of company processes. A crucial task is building sustainable knowledge management systems to support the ongoing digitalization of administration. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Economics, Organization, or Management, coupled with proven professional experience in organizational development and process management, preferably within an administrative context. Essential competencies include methodological expertise in process modeling (BPMN), change management, and strong leadership skills.
