Job Summary

This crucial role involves ensuring the continuous, efficient operation of university buildings and technical systems within the Facility Management department. The Control Center Technician acts as the primary monitoring and response specialist, utilizing Building Automation Systems (BAS) and fault reporting systems to oversee all technical building and supply functions. Daily tasks include independently assessing alarms and fault messages, serving as the first point of contact for technical issues across the university properties, and initiating necessary maintenance. The role requires creating maintenance orders, coordinating external contractors, and supervising operational premises.   • Experience in coordinating external companies and providing technical instructions
  • Experience working within a rotating shift system
