Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the Security Operations Center (SOC) by developing, maintaining, and improving content for SOAR platforms like XSOAR. Your daily tasks will involve creating and optimizing playbooks, automations, dashboards, reports, and interfaces to other systems, ensuring faster incident response and increased efficiency. You will continuously refine incident response processes using XSOAR functionalities and resolve issues related to new features or problems within the platform. Collaboration with SOC teams and stakeholders is key to identifying new automation opportunities and process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses experience with SOAR platforms, a strong understanding of security processes, incident response, and familiarity with common security tools such as SIEM, EDR, and Threat-Intelligence platforms.
