Job Summary

This role is centered on the technical implementation, maintenance, and support of complex media technology systems within an innovative IT environment. The engineer will be responsible for the assembly, wiring, planning, and commissioning of sophisticated AV equipment, including video conferencing systems, professional displays, LED walls, projectors, and server cabinets. Day-to-day duties involve configuring media components, installing updates, adjusting settings for commissioning, and performing field service and maintenance assignments. A critical component of the job is fault diagnosis on existing systems and thorough documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background in media or event technology, proven professional experience in AV systems, and strong customer service skills, supported by a willingness to travel for assignments.
