Job Summary

This role seeks an ERP Application and Interface Support Specialist to join a growing renewable energy company dedicated to wind power maintenance and expansion. Based in Hamburg, Osnabrück, or Ostenfeld, you will serve as the crucial technical interface between internal business units and the core ERP support team. Your daily tasks involve managing and resolving tickets, primarily within 2nd level support, coordinating external 3rd level providers, and actively participating in system maintenance, including supporting deployments, corrections, and independently conducting release tests. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with initial experience in IT support or technical consulting solutions like Jira. Success requires strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and fluency in both German and English, ensuring effective structured consulting for internal clients.
