This System Administrator role, based at the University of Potsdam across the Law and Economics/Social Sciences Faculties, offers a permanent position coordinating and managing critical IT infrastructure. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (FH/University) in Informatics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or comparable; alternatively, completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Profound knowledge in the operation and further development of server operating systems (Linux/Windows)
  • In-depth knowledge of server software (Apache Web-Server, Tomcat Application-Server)
