Job Summary

This Senior AI Product Manager role is crucial for defining the next generation of autonomous agent solutions within SAP's Service Management Processes and Solutions (SMPS) for both internal employees and external customers. The core focus is on leveraging Agentic AI, LLMs, and data insights to harmonize and optimize support and cloud operations processes, ensuring a simple, stable, and effective customer service experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining the product vision and strategy for agent-based AI products, translating stakeholder needs into actionable roadmaps, and owning the full product lifecycle from ideation to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate must possess a Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field, proven experience in AI/ML product management, and a strong understanding of agentic AI concepts like RAG and prompt engineering. Success requires excellent communication, leadership, and data-driven methodologies to drive product adoption and measure value generation.

Required Skills

Education

Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, business engineering, information technology, AI, product management or related fields.

Experience

  • Proven product management experience in AI/ML, data, or technical products (ideally with LLMs, GenAI, autonomous/multi-agent systems)
  • Strong experiences in project management to define clear roadmaps
  • Experience defining KPIs, analyzing user feedback, and iterating products responsibly
