This is a strategic leadership role as the Head of Software Solutions Division (SSO) at Hahn-Schickard, a leading research institution focused on innovative microsystems technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the division's R&D strategy, managing multiple working groups across the Villingen-Schwenningen and Freiburg locations, and driving significant project acquisition both internally and externally. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, extensive professional experience in R&D environments, proven leadership in developing R&D teams, and deep technical knowledge of Software, Artificial Intelligence, and Embedded Systems.
