Job Summary

This critical role involves overseeing the safe, high-quality, and timely execution of railway construction projects, specifically focusing on signaling and safety technology. The Construction Supervisor acts as the client's representative on site, coordinating various contractors, managing contract adherence, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. Key daily activities include monitoring quality and progress, performing target-actual comparisons to detect deviations, and actively managing contract variations (addenda/change orders). The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, either hold the Rail Construction Supervisor qualification or be willing to obtain it, and demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to find goal-oriented solutions even under pressure.
