Job Summary

This role is ideal for an aspiring (Junior) Project Engineer looking to manage critical railway infrastructure projects for Deutsche Bahn in the greater Munich area. The successful candidate will oversee projects from initial concept through planning, realization, and commissioning, focusing specifically on signal, telecommunications, and electrical systems (STE). Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating planning, managing approval processes, handling tenders and contract awards, and supervising construction execution for interlocking systems, level crossings, and overhead line equipment. Key requirements include a degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in German (C1 level).
