Job Summary

This role involves providing essential laboratory assistance within the Faculty of Applied Natural Sciences, Energy, and Building Services Engineering at Esslingen University of Applied Sciences. The successful candidate will primarily support the Organic Chemistry, Powder Coating Manufacturing, and Surface and Nanochemistry labs. Key responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of specialized laboratory equipment and infrastructure, supporting student education by supervising practical lab experiments, and actively assisting in ongoing research projects. Furthermore, the role requires preparing and conducting demonstrations for lectures. Candidates must hold a university degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and possess specific expertise in surface technology, powder coating manufacturing, organic synthesis, and photocatalysis. This is a part-time, fixed-term position (up to 50%) offering a collegial environment and flexible working models.
