Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer specialized in electrical engineering or mechatronics who excels at leading complex product introduction projects. The Project Management Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and implementation of new or modified products into production across multiple locations in Germany. Key daily tasks include ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of customer requirements, defining project specifications, detailed planning of the product introduction process (including prototyping and pre-series planning), and comprehensive project controlling and documentation. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, at least five years of experience managing projects and teams within electro-technical value chains, and strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like MS Project.
