Job Summary

This Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates looking to launch a career in hardware planning for energy and control systems or in programming PLC controls for these systems. Over an intensive eight-week program, participants will be trained by experienced professionals in electrical design, learning hardware planning and the EPLAN software, as well as programming and visualization using Siemens TIA Portal for automation. After successfully completing the program, you will transition into a role as an Electrical Planner or PLC Programmer on local projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, possesses initial practical experience from internships or thesis work in the industry, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.
