Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced FMEA Moderator to join a medium-sized energy technology company near Nuremberg, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent planning, organization, and moderation of Process-FMEA workshops, ensuring they are goal-oriented, efficient, and compliant with current quality standards like AIAG/VDA and IATF 16949. A core responsibility involves guiding interdisciplinary teams through the FMEA process, documenting results meticulously for audit compliance, and proactively identifying and prioritizing potential risks. The Moderator must derive and implement sustainable improvement measures to minimize risk and stabilize processes. Furthermore, the role involves training and coaching team members in Process-FMEA methodologies. Candidates should possess a technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification, multi-year professional experience in the automotive or comparable industry, and excellent moderation and communication skills. There is potential to take on supplementary roles such as ESD Coordination or Project Management.
