Job Summary

This role seeks an Environmental Engineer specializing in Soil Science to join the Waste and Soil Department in the Stormarn district. The core responsibility involves the specialized technical processing and enforcement of legal regulations concerning soil protection, covering both preventive and precautionary measures within a designated area. Candidates must possess a completed degree in Environmental Engineering or Geosciences with a focus on Soil Science, coupled with initial professional experience in drafting official statements. Ideal candidates will also have practical experience in sample collection, environmental analytics, and drilling supervision. This is a part-time (27.0 hours/week), temporary contract running until March 31, 2027, offering flexible working hours, professional qualification opportunities, and subsidized public transport benefits.
