Job Summary

The Stormarn District is seeking a Specialist Administrator for their Integrated Regional Control Center South (IRLS) to manage and maintain the critical Eurofunk EOCS command and control system (CCS). This pivotal role involves the independent administration and supervision of the CCS, ensuring the functionality of all central and peripheral technical equipment, and acting as the technical representative for the IRLS in state-level committees regarding the implementation of a new joint CCS for police and fire services. Key responsibilities include data maintenance, system configuration, conducting training sessions for dispatchers and command assistants, and performing fault analysis and resolution to minimize disruption to control center operations. The ideal candidate must possess a university degree in Information and Communication Technology, excellent German language skills, and a willingness to participate in an on-call rotation schedule. Experience in emergency services (fire, rescue, disaster protection) or control center IT systems is highly desirable.
