Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician focused on providing essential onsite support for client infrastructure within a leading global IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive troubleshooting of client hardware and software, diagnosing network connectivity issues, and supporting end-users with mobile devices (iOS, Android). A crucial part of the role involves executing IMAC services (Installation, Move, Add, Change) for PCs, laptops, and printers, ensuring all actions are meticulously documented in a ticketing system. Candidates must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, basic familiarity with IT Incident and IMAC processes, and a mandatory Class B driving license. Good written and spoken German skills are essential for effective communication in this fixed-term position, which offers strong potential for long-term engagement with the customer.
