This role as an Electrical Site Manager involves overseeing the coordination, assembly, and commissioning of complex electrotechnical plants and systems installed on newly built ships for an international energy group. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing internal and external interfaces—such as shipyards and suppliers—ensuring strict adherence to schedules, quality standards, and budget constraints. A critical component of the role is troubleshooting assembly difficulties, performing fault diagnosis, optimizing system integration, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards (VDE, CE, ISO 9001). The ideal candidate possesses a technical background in Electrical Engineering, advanced knowledge across various voltage and automation technologies, and proven experience in site management for large-scale industrial or offshore projects.
