Experience
- Initial experience in project work and implementation of solutions in Customer Service or Operations
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Service / Customer Experience
- Experience in the development and delivery of training in the Customer Service area
- High technical competence in at least one relevant field (e.g., Customer Service, Processes, Organization)
