The specialist will remotely monitor robot systems in real-time from the Hamburg location, acting as the primary technical contact for customers and guests. Key daily responsibilities include analyzing and resolving technical issues via remote service (primarily phone support), creating virtual instructions and guides for efficient system use, and collaborating closely with internal teams like Field Service, Development, and Customer Project Management to enhance remote service processes. Ideal candidates possess a technical background in IT, Software, and/or Mechatronics, strong communication skills, and proficiency in both German and English.
