Job Summary

This role involves joining a dynamic service team responsible for maintaining complex operational systems, including tunnel infrastructure, high and low voltage technology, and building automation across Southern Germany. The Service Technician acts as the primary contact for customers, independently planning and executing service, maintenance, and fault resolution for both existing and new electrical installations. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules with clients and experts, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and identifying potential for additional services, thereby strengthening customer relationships. The ideal candidate must possess an electro-technical qualification, preferably in high-voltage technology, coupled with several years of experience in technical service or the commissioning of electrical systems. A strong service-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to participate in on-call duty are essential prerequisites for success in this autonomous and critical customer-facing role.
