Job Summary

This role requires an IT Application Manager to independently oversee and advance selected applications throughout their entire software lifecycle, encompassing implementation, operation, maintenance, optimization, and consolidation. A key responsibility is ensuring strict adherence to relevant IT Governance and Compliance (ITGC) guidelines. The manager will provide essential technical support and consultation to key users, while maintaining close collaboration with Business Analysts, process owners, and IT Service Teams. Candidates must possess a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL-based processes, coupled with practical experience managing relational database systems (such as Microsoft SQL Server) and Windows Server environments. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Informatics or be a certified IT Specialist for System Integration, demonstrating fluent German and good written and spoken English skills.
