Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support, ensuring timely and professional resolution of technical issues via phone, email, and in-person interactions. The specialist will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software problems, particularly within Microsoft and Citrix environments. Key day-to-day tasks include installing, configuring, and updating operating systems, applications, and drivers, alongside documenting support tickets and processes. A crucial part of the job is training employees on IT system usage, both remotely and on-site, and actively participating in exciting IT projects across the corporate group. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT systems integration or computer science, strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, Windows operating systems, and networking, coupled with excellent communication and a service-oriented approach.
