Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Development Technician or Engineer specializing in electronics, focusing on the design, testing, and documentation of electronic components and assemblies for a globally leading electrical engineering company. Key responsibilities include designing and calculating circuit parts, reviewing development steps, coordinating project tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines in hardware development. The successful candidate will leverage their strong background in circuit technology and electronic assemblies to assess manufacturability and prepare comprehensive documentation. You will need a technical education in electronics/electrical engineering, ideally supplemented by a technician qualification or comparable degree, alongside proven experience in the development or industrialization of electronic assemblies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, growing company with IG Metall collective agreement ties, initially on a fixed-term contract until August 2027, with the potential for permanent employment afterward.
