Job Summary

The Director R&D Program Management will be responsible for leading and executing complex, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives within a global drug development pipeline. This senior leadership role requires strategic thinking to identify and leverage synergies across drug platforms, enhancing operational efficiency throughout the R&D process. Day-to-day activities include designing, implementing, and continuously improving organization-wide frameworks for project and program management, representing the division in global strategic forums, and engaging with senior and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses an advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc) in a relevant life science field, over five years of experience leading concurrent cross-functional teams, expert knowledge of pharmaceutical drug development, and exceptional leadership and communication skills, making this a pivotal role in driving global drug development strategy.
