The Specialist Manufacturing Processes supports daily operations, ensuring smooth production flow and strict adherence to GxP standards. Core responsibilities involve acting as a Change Owner, handling process deviations, executing root cause analyses, and defining corrective and preventive actions (CAPA management). Candidates must possess a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a technical or scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering) and at least two years of relevant experience in a GMP-regulated biotech or pharmaceutical environment, including expertise in device qualification and documentation.
