Job Summary

This role requires an ambitious professional to take full technical and commercial responsibility for building automation projects, guiding them from the initial planning phase through to final handover. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating technical functions and requirements with clients and internal specialist departments, managing contract execution, including material disposition, documentation for modernizations and expansions, and overseeing contract negotiations, proposals, and change order management. A core function is ensuring successful implementation by diligently monitoring budget adherence, timelines, and quality standards throughout the entire project lifecycle. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Engineering, MCR Technology, or Building Automation, or hold a Technician/Master Craftsman qualification supplemented by relevant professional experience in automation technology.
