Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious biologist or natural scientist looking to drive innovation in pharmaceutical and life science development. Day-to-day responsibilities focus heavily on Downstream Process (DSP) development for recombinant cells and proteins, including the handling, preparation, and analysis of various samples and cell culture media. The successful candidate will plan, execute, and evaluate experiments following Quality by Design (QbD) principles, utilizing advanced analytical and laboratory equipment for chromatography, filtration, and flow cytometry (High Throughput DSP). Key requirements include a degree in (Molecular) Biology, Chemistry, or a related field, coupled with practical experience in DSP, preparative methods, and statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP, R).
