Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Project Engineer, based in Dresden, focusing on the planning of utility and disposal systems for external facilities, primarily involving rainwater, sewage, and drinking water systems, alongside general civil engineering tasks. Key responsibilities include designing water management facilities for municipalities and industrial areas, calculating drinking water networks, and coordinating civil engineering services for various infrastructure routes (district heating, electric, gas, telecom). The successful candidate will manage projects step-by-step, coordinating independently with internal specialists (construction management, cost planning, site supervision) and external stakeholders, including clients and governmental authorities at municipal and state levels. A degree in Civil Engineering, Water Management, or a related field is required, coupled with initial professional experience in utility planning and familiarity with tendering processes (HOAI LPH 6). Experience with AutoCAD and Hystem Extran is highly desirable, offering a path toward project leadership for experienced professionals.
