Job Summary

This full-time role based in Düsseldorf, offering a salary between €48,000 and €60,000, involves managing critical daily customs and export control operations. The specialist will be responsible for preparing export and import declarations, executing checks against sanction lists (including ICP reviews), and classifying products for export. Key daily tasks include customs tariff classification using HS codes and acting as the primary contact for all customs and export law matters within the daily business. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification in foreign trade or comparable field, coupled with 2–3 years of professional experience in customs and export control. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and basic SAP knowledge, and fluent command of both German and English to handle international communication effectively. The position offers flexibility with approximately two days of remote work (Homeoffice) per week.
