Job Summary

The Technical University of Freiberg is seeking a Research Associate to join the Professorship for Automated and Autonomous Systems, focusing heavily on Robotics and Automation. This role involves conducting cutting-edge research, particularly in the development and application of human-machine systems like exoskeletons, and robotic solutions for production and logistics automation. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing, executing, and evaluating experimental and simulation studies, developing and implementing algorithms for control, regulation, and perception of technical systems, and contributing to the validation of robotic systems. Key requirements include a Master's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, professional experience in robotics and automation, and strong German and English language skills. The position offers an opportunity for scientific qualification and working within an interdisciplinary research environment.
