IT Specialist for Operational Technology (OT) Security | Informatiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves joining the Information Security team at HAMBURG WASSER, a critical infrastructure provider, focusing on securing Operational Technology (OT) environments. The specialist will be responsible for conducting risk analyses and security assessments within OT settings, advising technical departments on OT security best practices, and developing and implementing security measures based on BSI IT-Grundschutz standards. Day-to-day tasks include supporting audits and certifications, contributing to the creation and maintenance of security concepts and emergency plans, and handling security incidents (Incident Response, analysis, and deriving corrective actions). The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree or equivalent expertise in information security, deep knowledge of standards like ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2, and proven experience with ICS/OT systems and critical infrastructure resilience, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
