Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Building Services Technician specializing in Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) technology to join a market-leading Facility Management provider in Düsseldorf. The core responsibilities involve the operation, maintenance, and repair of complex building technical systems, particularly within the MCR and Building Management System (BMS/GLT) domains. Day-to-day tasks include fault analysis, troubleshooting supply systems, reading and analyzing error messages, performing minor installations, and coordinating third-party contractors for specialized work. Candidates must possess relevant vocational training, such as an Electrician or MCR Technician, coupled with proven experience in the commissioning and maintenance of building technical facilities. Solid foundational knowledge of building automation (MCR/BMS) is essential for success in this critical, permanent position, which also requires participation in regular on-call and emergency services.
