Job Summary

This role seeks a highly competent Building Automation Technician specializing in Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) and Building Management Systems (GLT/BMS). The core responsibilities involve the continuous operation, thorough maintenance, and complex repair of intricate building services systems, with a strong focus on MSR technology. Day-to-day tasks require skilled fault analysis and troubleshooting of supply systems, analyzing detailed fault messages, performing minor electrical installations, and efficiently coordinating external contractors for major maintenance and repair work. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Leipzig, offering high job security and the opportunity to work directly with market leaders in the German Facility Management sector. Candidates must possess a relevant electrical or automation qualification and proven, fundamental knowledge of building automation systems (MSR/GLT). The position requires participation in a regular on-call and emergency service rota.
