Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Facility Management Site Manager to join a market leader in the greater Nuremberg area. The core responsibilities center on comprehensive project management, including detailed capacity and schedule planning, and the preparation of quotes and change orders (Nachträge). The manager will provide technical leadership to the site team, coordinate operational procedures, and handle project controlling. A critical aspect of the position is maintaining strong client relationships through expert consulting and participation in contract awarding discussions. Successful candidates must hold a Master Craftsman (Meister) or certified Technician (Techniker) degree in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or a relevant university degree, coupled with several years of professional experience in facility operations and management.
