Job Summary

This full-time, permanent role as a Facility Management Site Manager is based in the greater Dresden area, working for one of Germany's market leaders in Facility Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive operational oversight, including critical tasks such as detailed scheduling, capacity planning, and project controlling. A key part of the challenge involves creating and managing proposals and amendments, coordinating workflows, and providing technical leadership to the local team. Furthermore, the manager will handle extensive customer consulting, care, and participation in contract award discussions. Ideal candidates must hold a Master Craftsman certification (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or HVAC/Plumbing, or possess a State Certified Technician qualification, or a relevant engineering degree. Multiple years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable leadership position within Facility Management, are essential for navigating the complex demands of this challenging role.

Required Skills
