Job Summary

This permanent position seeks a Civil and Road Construction Planning Engineer to manage and execute planning phases for large-scale infrastructure projects throughout Germany, including railway construction, civil engineering, and road construction. The role heavily utilizes innovative approaches, such as Lean Management, to ensure efficient delivery. Key responsibilities involve meticulous planning, strictly adhering to predefined deadlines, cost controls, and quality standards. The successful candidate will coordinate all involved project stakeholders, verify compliance across planning interfaces, and rigorously review all plans from the initial bidding phase through to final construction acceptance. Furthermore, the engineer is responsible for generating comprehensive documentation, including inventory and revision records, structure logbooks, and detailed execution concepts. Required qualifications include a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology, or demonstrable professional experience in a similar capacity, coupled with strategic, holistic thinking and a flexible, goal-oriented approach to teamwork.
