Job Summary

This critical role involves managing complex E-Mobility infrastructure projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial planning through successful customer acceptance and handover. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of charging infrastructures, including the assembly, replacement, and maintenance of medium-voltage switchgear, low-voltage distributions, and transformer stations for industrial clients and energy providers. A key aspect of the job is active team leadership, managing subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to technical, schedule, and economic specifications, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. This position is ideal for an experienced electrical engineering professional or technician with initial leadership experience who is highly motivated to shape the future of E-Mobility and contribute significantly to the energy transition through structured and independent project execution.

Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering, Technician (Techniker) in Electrical Engineering, or University Degree in Electrical Engineering.
