Job Summary

This role involves executing the full deployment cycle of workplace IT hardware for a leading German IT service provider. The IT Rollout Technician will be responsible for mounting and dismounting workstation hardware, including peripherals, performing system installations, and connecting devices. A critical component of the job is providing instruction and training to end-users on new hardware and software systems. Furthermore, the technician must meticulously document all installations, utilizing image and text logging applications, and conduct initial error analysis and troubleshooting, escalating issues to subsequent units when necessary. Candidates must possess a completed relevant IT vocational qualification (such as IT System Electronics Technician or IT Specialist System Integration), initial experience in rollout management, and proficiency in Windows and MS Office.
