This role as an Onsite IT Support Specialist involves ensuring seamless IT operations for customer sites across the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Day-to-day responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of IT equipment, from setting up and configuring new workstations to installing and maintaining diverse hardware, including desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. You will be the primary contact for user support, processing requests efficiently via a ticketing system and managing equipment assets. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and brings professional experience in field service customer care and user support. Proficiency with standard hardware, MS Office, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
