Key responsibilities include performing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) services, managing device repairs and replacements, and maintaining accurate asset documentation and knowledge base entries. A strong candidate will have a background as an IT Specialist or System Electronics Technician, possess experience supporting VIP clients, and be proficient with standard hardware and Windows environments.
