The specialist will manage IT tickets according to defined Service Levels, focusing on end-user support and conference room technology. Key responsibilities include performing IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose) services, managing device repairs and replacements, and maintaining accurate asset documentation and knowledge base entries. A strong candidate will have a background as an IT Specialist or System Electronics Technician, possess experience supporting VIP clients, and be proficient with standard hardware and Windows environments.
