Field IT Technician | IT Techniker Außendienst (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field IT Technician based in the Ludwigshafen area, focusing on providing essential on-site IT support and maintenance services. The successful candidate will manage and execute individual IT assignments, including incident resolution and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, following predetermined routes and schedules. Key daily tasks involve troubleshooting and repairing IT equipment such as printers, notebooks, and peripherals, often through component exchange. Essential qualifications include a completed IT-related vocational qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician), foundational knowledge of IT infrastructures and Microsoft operating systems, and professional experience in troubleshooting and IMAC services.
