Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional looking to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting a major end-client. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive onsite IT support, focusing on hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. Day-to-day tasks include installing and setting up PCs, notebooks, various printers (multifunction and label printers), mobile data terminals, and barcode scanners. A key part of the role involves analyzing and resolving hardware and software faults, managing disruption tickets (Break-Fix), and maintaining IT components throughout their lifecycle. The position requires strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, standard MS programs, and Apple products (iPhones/iPads). Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, deep hardware expertise, and excellent German language skills coupled with basic English proficiency, ensuring structured and reliable service delivery.
